EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COACH · FOUNDER, PURPOSEFUL LIVING LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
THE REAL PROBLEM
Competence is not your problem.
The higher you rise, the fewer rooms exist where you can be fully honest. The board reads your confidence. The team reads your certainty. The family reads your calm. So the real questions, the transition ahead, the pressure underneath, the legacy you are actually building, go unprocessed. The absence of a confidential room is the problem.
OUTCOMES
What changes.
A NAMED SEASON
DECISIONS MADE
AUTHORITY WITHOUT EROSION
You know what this chapter of your leadership is for, and what it is not for.
The transition, succession, or positioning call you have been circling is settled, with a strategy you trust.
Rhythms and steadiness that let you carry weight without it costing your health, your family, or your integrity.
HOW THE WORK MOVES
Four movements. Each builds on the last.
01
CLARITY
See your season, your identity, and your assignment without distortion. Name what this chapter is for, and what it is not for.
02
STRATEGY
Turn clarity into decisions: priorities, positioning, and the moves that matter now.
03
FORMATION
Strengthen the inner architecture, character, discipline, and rhythms your next level requires.
04
LEGACY
Lead beyond your tenure: succession, multiplication, and impact that outlives your role.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This room is built for a specific leader.
→ Executives and C-suite leaders carrying responsibility few around them can see.
→ Founders and owners at an inflection point: succession, sale, expansion, or reinvention.
→ Senior managers stepping into significantly larger authority.
→ Senior institutional and public leaders in a season that will define how they are remembered.
THE ENGAGEMENT
Intensive describes the depth, not the length.
This is a six-month engagement: private sessions on a steady rhythm, an agenda built around your actual decisions rather than a generic curriculum, and counsel grounded in a DISC-informed assessment of how you lead. The full working arc is shared privately with accepted applicants.
Everything shared in this engagement is held in confidence. What is said in the room stays in the room. Senior leaders cannot do this work any other way, and we do not ask you to.
The Intensive is a premium, selective engagement, and the investment reflects that. Specifics are discussed in the private discovery conversation, once fit is clear on both sides.

THE PATH IN
A selective process, by design.
1. Apply. A short application: your role, your season, what you are carrying.
3. A clear decision. If the fit is right, you receive a start date and terms. If it is not, Derick will be clear about that and point you to a better path.
2. A private discovery conversation. Confidential, and about fit on both sides.
4. Begin. The work starts with Clarity.
RESULTS
From unclear identity to unmistakable authority.
"Derick's coaching had a direct and measurable impact on my career. He helped me refine my narrative, clarify my goals, and step into a high-stakes conversation with confidence. The outcome? A title change, a raise, and significant positive shifts."
— Nate · Director of Operations, Golf and Sports Facility
FIT
This is not for every leader.
→ Leaders looking for a cheerleader rather than a truthful mirror.
→ Leaders unwilling to keep the commitments they make in the room.
→ Anyone wanting quick tactics without the deeper work of formation.
→ Those seeking coaching as a status symbol rather than a working discipline.
QUESTIONS
Answers before you ask.
Q: Is this the same as the Leadership Leap Mastermind?
A: No. The Leap is a selective peer cohort for executives and senior managers. The Intensive is private, one to one, and built entirely around you. If a cohort is the better fit, start there.
Q: Why six months?
A: Because real formation does not happen in a weekend. Six months is long enough to make real decisions and build rhythms that hold, and short enough to keep urgency.
Q: Is everything confidential?
A: Yes. Everything shared in the engagement is held in confidence, without exception.
Q: Is this faith-based?
A: Derick coaches from a foundation of identity, character, and calling. Leaders of any background are welcome, and the work meets you where you are. Faith is never imposed and never hidden.
