Every young leader in the room is there because an adult believed in them: a parent, a pastor, a principal, a sponsor. YouthMAX is a Maxwell Leadership youth development experience, facilitated by Pastor Derick Davis, DISC-certified coach and founder of the Purposeful Living Leadership Academy. It takes young people seriously as leaders, and it takes your trust seriously.

YouthMAX runs as a one-day intensive, a weekend experience, or a four-to-six-week series. Groups are capped at 20 so every young person is seen. Participants under 18 join with written parental consent, and all sessions are facilitated in open group settings with a host organization representative present.
What Is YouthMAX?
YouthMAX is a dynamic, faith-informed leadership intensive designed for young adults ages 16–22. Through workshops, coaching conversations, and peer community, participants uncover hidden strengths, gain direction, and leave equipped to lead in every area of life: career, relationships, faith, and purpose.
