YouthMAX is a Maxwell Leadership youth development experience, facilitated by Pastor Derick Davis. It runs as a one-day intensive, a weekend experience, or a four-to-six-week series.
Groups are capped at 20 so every young person is seen. Participants under 18 join with written parental consent. All sessions are facilitated in open group settings with a representative of your organization present.
